Hampton Inn Bermuda Run

This is a great hotel, ideal for a family stay. The staff are awesome, so friendly and accommodating. The lounge is ideal for a group gathering to eat or play a game, etc. The pool area is a kids dream, with two very cool twisting slides. Rooms are nice with new, comfortable beds. Close walking proximity to two restaurants and a grocery store.

Positive: The Staff, location was amazing. Everyone was so friendly. 12 minutes away from Winston-Salem. Restaurant across the street. Supermarket next door. The water slides and hot tub were perfect temperature. Breakfast was good as well. Negative: The room was a handicap room which was not what we paid for. Stains on the ceiling in bathroom. Hair dryer didn't work. We did request a roll away but was denied because it was a double room yet it had plenty of space for it. Price was too high for this.

Sweet hampton inn, well kept and convenient. Unusual amenities such as water slides. Nice staff. Good breakfast bar. Close to the highway but quiet (the many birds in the back are louder than the cars). Right next to a supermarket, a Mexican restaurant and a gas station. Long story short, very convenient place to stay.

Pretty good far as Hampton Inns go: clean, good location off the highway, helpful & friendly staff. But the hot tub was atrocious: scuzzy water & the jets didn't work. I came back to my room after 10 and there was still kids in the hall being loud and going back and forth to the pool; I'm sure it doesn't happen often, but it's worth noting.
