Very warm and welcoming parish. We became members after our first visit. I especially love the respect for the United States flag, first responders and servicemen that are woven into our worship.

The Clergy are very very caring and take an interest in the well being of the parishioners. Each of the Clergy are able to present thought provoking sermons which hold my attention. The parishioners are very friendly and invite you to join them in the many activities available. The Women’s Guild are dedicated to outreach programs that help the local and world-wide communities. Most of all we love our Clergy, Fr. Jim, Rev. Beth, Rev. Janet, Rev. Marnie and Decon Nancy. A wonderful church with amazing people.

I grew up in the Episcopal Church and when my parents moved up to the Villages they found their church..St. Georges Episcopal! For 15 years they have attended this church so everytime we visit them we go with them there.Everyone is so very kind and welcoming, when my Dad passed away recently, they did a Beautiful funeral service and reception for him! Thank You St.George!

Hello Marlene, Our Saturday evening service is held at 5pm. It is a lovely service including organ music and sometimes additional music by our bell choir or talented members. We welcome you to come to any of our services and look forward to meeting you!
Hello! Our Outdoor Eucharist is held every Thursday morning at 10am. It is socially distanced and includes music by guitar. Bring a mask and a chair, if possible. We can supply a chair if you don't have one handy. We look forward to having you join us!
Hello Terry, I'm not sure when you asked your question. We did have services last weekend. But this week we will be broadcasting given the new Centers for Disease Control restrictions. We plan to announce where to connect to our services on our facebook page, so if you like, you should be able to go there to find out how to access the services. Please understand that we are still trying to figure all this out. Please be patient with us. https://www.facebook.com/St.GeorgetheVillages/?eid=ARAtCSK4Cnbn5kk0LVItBCwu3dGQTGbPeCsmdyZjhA8cyVR5Zxu4N0TWM8CbV97_pwz_08GywR4xSe9R
Hello Ann, Sorry for my tardy reply. St George follows a traditional Episcopalian liturgy. Yes, we do base our liturgy on the Bible. We have a Bible Study Group that meets every Wednesday at 10am. We also recently ran an ALPHA training course, which was well received by all who participated. Many of those who took part in ALPHA are now participating in our "Bible in a Year" program. They have found it quite rewarding. Did I answer your question? We'd love to have you join us at one of our services or at Bible Study. Come to see if we fit your needs for a church family!
700pm get there early
