My sister and I went in for breakfast. The wait was a little bit longer than she expected and that was OK, she started to feel claustrophobic as she was sitting down when the waiting area filled up. She asked a lovely server for a glass of water who is very kind and went immediately to get it for her. The owner legitimately stopped the server, and you can visibly see her and hear her ask the server what she needed. The server told her that she needed some water and you watch the owner look directly at my sister and tell the waitress that she’s not allowed to have any water. The server came back very embarrassed and apologetic and explained that she couldn’t give her water but that she couldn’t understand why either l. When I spoke to the other owner about it he said it was because it could’ve been a possible “ spill hazard.” So you mean to tell me that were sitting down in a restaurant and as paying guest we were denied water because it’s a spill hazard? It makes absolutely no sense and these owners need to take a class on customer service!

I am from VA and visiting a friend and I asked for the best place to get breakfast and he said here. I walked in and the ambiance was amazing, employees all professional and neatly dressed and may I add young kids like this I love it. Becka my server never let the coffee go out or the sweet tea empty. The food was amazing, the bathroom was immaculate and while I was in there two young employees were checking for trash on the ground, ensuring everything is stocked, tables were cleaned asap, condiments brought out to you sanitized, menus sanitized. Ok I’m done 10/10

Went there with my wife for breakfast it was a mess outside trying to pave the road but the breakfast was good no complaints little high-priced besides that it was good the waitress she's done her job very good we'll be back

We are incredibly concerned with our customers’ security; an open WiFi network could expose our customer’s credit card information to malicious activity.
