My gosh. Slow service. Get rid of the mobile orders here. It’s creating a backlog of people waiting for their order. Lines are always long and you’re guaranteed to wait a total of 15min or longer from line to receiving your drink.

Drink was fine but the service was terrible. There are 8 employees who are joking/flirting with each other and aren’t paying any attention to customers. They took forever to wait on customers- and acted like they were doing us a big favor when they did. Very rude

I ordered a VENTI Pink Drink ADD Dragon Fruit and explained that “I want BOTH strawberry and dragon fruit in my drink, please!!”. They gave me the mango dragon fruit refresher which is wrong, so I asked the lady who helps passing out the drink and explained that “the pink drink add dragon fruit, please don’t replace it”. Then, I got the TALL Pink Drink with ONLY Dragon Fruit, no strawberry. They recalled the drink, poured into a VENTI cup and add more ice. So I ended up having an Extra Ice Venti Pink Drink REPLACE Strawberry with Dragon Fruit. 😭 so sad! The drink’s still good but it’s lacking the flavor. 😭😭😭
