Wow this place is funny as h**l. I want to Schedule a virtual tour before applying. Who ever is texting you back stated they had two units available 3br available 8/19 and 4br available 8/11 The only time they have available for a virtual tour is Sept 20. SMH… how are you going to schedule something after the availability date. No thanks I will look somewhere else

Regretting paying the application fee…Wish that it could be refunded…. I really don’t know whose behind the text messages. But u can tell they love giving people a hard time for no reason….. I ask three different times if they were any appointments for July… kept repeating August… as if to dismiss my questions…. Hardly answered any of my questions… Kept telling me that a leasing agent would answer me at the appointment.. but didn’t mine asking me how many children I had… smh. Two units are available in July….. it’s listed on the site as available…. I will be calling the office myself after the holiday….. Screening folks from behind text…. Is a no bueno. U can tell whoever is behind the text love abusing power…,won’t be surprise if I call and surprise surprise they answer phones as well…😒 When I said I would call the office myself… u can sense a little irritation…Wow Damn shame….Just lost a potential client and tenant.

(Clearwood Villas)now The Life At Clearwood I used to like these apt.s.IDK what happened it was becoming a everyday thing to come outside and see someone's car on cinder blocks or just on the ground because someone done stollen the tires or someone getting shot or shot at that seems to be normal here.They do have security but what good is security when all they do is just sit at the office or in the corner by the out gate.Im really not sure why these apts.are even gated anyone can get in if wanted too.Even the police don't like coming here and that's saying alot.I mean these apt.s are right nextdoor to (Indigo Falls)now Cabo San Lucas they can change their name all they want but the people that are doing all the crime are still there.

I've been here since 2017, management when i moved here was great and even after but now it has gone downhill. Seems like the apartments have turned to hood apartments. There is always kids in the road, trash everywhere, breezeways smell and management never answers the phone, its about 90% communication through email. The office is closed more than it is opened. Residents paying so much money for rent but the pool hasn't been open for 3 years even before Covid hit. You can't even use the washroom. We never had a major problem with the pests in apartments but now it has become a nuisance and it took us months, more then 2, just to get a new stove. It really has become dreadful to live there.
