Not even a vegan breakfast sandwich so they told us the veggie cream cheese was vegan. Purchased two bagels with the veggie cream cheese, got on plane and the ingredients had dairy. Not nice.

Houston airport location. I was disappointed. Ask for a chocolate malt and the attendant said " what's a malt"? I said okay I'll have vanilla ice cream with hot fudge. She said, we don't have hot fudge. I said thank you, have a good day.

In an airport we are all held captive. Place was not very clean and while the sandwiches we ordered were adequate there was literally no place to sit. I know it's an airport but some kind of communal seating would be nice even if they've just said on every table, only a 1 hour limit

It's good staff is helpful but they rarely have jelly donuts lol that's my only complaint. But I'll keep trying
