Stellar service and High Quality meats and seafood . Anthony was our waiter, a wonderful experience thanks to him . Lobster bisque was to die for and the Waygu steak was absolutely mouth watering. The pianist created a beautiful vibe and the bathroom sinks are the coolest ive ever seen . Lol . Highly recommend . Would give a 6th star if I could .

Let me start by saying I seldom write negative reviews but I definitely feel this needs to be done. I came in with my husband and mother in law. The ambiance was nice when you first walk in and at the tables. We started with the crab cake and calamari appetizers. The crab cake was not good and contained only shredded crab ( I assume) no chunks of anything. The calamari was fantastic. My mother in law and I ordered the wedge salad as an accompaniment to our entree (an extra $16 each). This wedge salad was pathetic. It had zero chunks of blue cheese and maybe 1/2 piece of bacon. I expect more taste and quantity for an additional $16. I tasted the standard salad that came with the meal (my husband's) and it was 100x better, it was actually really good! My husband and mother in law ordered beef filets. They tasted good but weren't cook to order. The medium was cooked medium rare and the medium rare was cooked medium. They could have swapped steaks but they were different sizes. I ordered the lobster tail and it came out cold. It had zero seasoning on it. The mashed potatoes and green beans were really good. The asparagus looked old and was overcooked. My husband got the cheesecake and said it was really good! Our server was excellent and very attentive. All in all, for the price, I expect much better quality of food. We likely won't return.

It was a best steak in town , everyone in our table very satisfied with our dinner.. except we chip in to pay and my card got charge twice ? It's been a few days ago but I got refund now thanks ! It was one of the best dinner ever .

I went to Dijon's to meet a new couple with my wife; as always, they did an incredible job. Since I am originally from NY, I enjoy good food, which is not always easy in Melbourne, FL. It is one of only a few places with character, a fantastic location, and superb food. I had a Prime NY Strip Steak cooked medium rare, one of the best I've had in years. Great bar and lounge area for after-dinner drinks topped off with a piano and singer most nights. For a special and unique nite out, I highly recommend it.
