Overall it’s not a bad experience. The store has a limited selection, they don’t run many specials and the feel of the store is not very welcoming. It’s what is closest to me though. I don’t ever buy school supplies there. They are very expensive.

Quick service here--staff knows where your stuff is, takes you to it, offers a discount, and sends you to pay. I appreciate that kind of service.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store and I had a very large project that needed to be done and she was able to get everything done for me- copies, printing from email and shipping. Dee was able to help others while my copies were being run off so that others did not have to wait. Very competent, efficient, and kind!!

The customer service was great, but to get an item laminated they do a "full service" charge which I think should be renamed "rip off" charge as it isn't a service that was offered as a self service item. Definitely shop around unless you have a lot of laminating to do.
