Scheduled Ultrasound per my medical condition and my Doctor's orders. Someone arbitrarily cancelled them because THEY thought the Doctor made a mistake. Over ruled my doctors script. I called, and even though there are HIPPA Laws, I had to disclose, to a complete stranger, my medical conditions which necessitated the ultrasound in order to get back on schedule. I then received no less than, 22 phone calls, 22 voice mails , 22 text messages. They then called two days layer and cancelled the appointment again. If you want to work with a place like this...go ahead. I'll take my chances with cancer.

I've had several tests performed at this location On one occasion, there was a hiccup with pre authorization from insurance. They went above and beyond to help straighten it out. I've been very pleased with the entire staff each time I've been there. Appreciate all of you

This place is very difficult to deal with. Not only is it almost impossible to get someone on the phone, but they don't keep their policy up to date on how to obtain authorizations. Insurance rep told me directly who the imaging place should call for authorization, and this place flat out refused and said they have to get the order through another agency and my primary (who didn’t order the imaging). Plant City imaging also tried to tell me they don't contract with the Dr who did order the imaging. Dr told them that was no reason to not obtain the order through them, and imaging place refused again, even though it's their job to do so. To my relief my Dr went above and beyond to do what the imaging place was supposed to do, and faxed my docs to my insurance. Will not be going through this going forward, and my Dr won't be referring them either. Won't bother going through the email the robotic response leaves for these reviews, seeing as people are still having issues.
