I was reading all the 5 star reviews and decided to give him a go. I have 4 pairs of Rockport shoes that had ripped from the front. Here is what I found. "Excellent service, he sets the bar." I asked Manoj where is he from, and he said London, and he is a real English Gentleman. Very nice manners. He has a lot of artifacts and plants in his shop and the place itself looks like an old shoe repair shop, same as what we see in the movies. Service is usually about a week. He looked at my damaged shoes and told me what he will do about them from just looking for a second. He looks like an expert and acts like one too. Yet very friendly and polite. I am very happy with the experience. His shop is a no cellphone zone. He will let you use it though in case your son is calling you for an emergency.
