Update: I'd drop it to zero stars, if possible. I tried cancelling before my renewal in January. I was forced to keep going because they stopped drafting me during the months of COVID closure, so I had to keep going until March. I accepted my fate, but then they forced me to pay the annual maintenance fee, despite the fact I am not even renewing for the year. So now I am stuck paying the 36$ yearly fee for a year I'm not using while waiting for my annual contract to end that would have ended January 3rd. Management was unwilling to do anything for me, but is simply enjoying taking my money. I used to recommend them. Never again. Getting tired of music being blasted when the boss isn't around. I was at 4 stars. It's overpowering my own personal music that I play. I came to lift, not have a dance party. Employee would barely turn down music when I asked.
