Can I first say this, every store is facing some sort of supply chain issue.. No matter where you go, items you just have to have will be gone or mostly gone.. Also, to avoid wasting your time going back and forth.. you can check your produce before buying it. Even the bags of potatoes you can see through parts of the bag to do quality checks. We all know, a few bad items will always make it to a sales floor.. I've shopped here since I was a small child. My first job as a teen was with Meijer. Now as a mom, I share the experience of shopping Meijer with my children. I love the atmosphere and the employees. 10 out of 10 recommend 👌 ❤ Garden center is number 1 🥰😜

This Meijer is the closest to me, and it's a 22mi round trip. Over the last several months I have tried different days of the week to TRY to get some of sale flyer features, especially the 10 for 10 items. Almost everything on my list EVERYTIME is not on the shelves. When I ask employees if there is a special display of the various items they just say "No, it must have not come in, maybe a supply chain problem." If that's the case then Meijer needs to STOP advertising items that they are having these recurring "supply chain problems" with. It is no longer worth it to me to waste a gallon of gas to drive clear over to this Meijer only to find out that they don't have what they lured me to the store to buy.

On Monday, June 13th we were driving through Ohio to get home to Michigan when we pulled off the freeway to take shelter from a severe storm that was coming through the area. It was my husband, myself, my 2 young kids and our service dog. When we came inside to take shelter we brought our service dog inside with us, as we weren't about to leave her outside to brave the storm in our vehicle. Upon entering the store everyone was very friendly. Once we got past the entry way we were met by the manager, who ask us if our dog was a service dog, we replied yes. She asked if she had a vest to wear, and we had left it in the car, so she wasn't wearing it. The manager didn't seem too happy about us having her inside, but said to just keep her out of the cart. So we said ok, and went on with our shopping while we waited out the storm. As we were shopping we passed a worker who, once we past by her and were several feet away started saying things to us, but were muffled because she was wearing a mask. I looked back at her and told my husband that she was making me uncomfortable and we went around the corner to another area of the store. Next thing we know she was in the same section of the store as us (appeared to have followed us) and started harassing my husband about our dog. Saying "What?, I DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS TAKE YOUR DOG TO THE STORE DAY!!!" he was confused as to why she would seek us out and harass us when we had already spoken to the manager. As she walked away my husband said to her, the manager said we could have her in here, and she replied "Oh yeah? Well the manager is an A$$HOLE AND SO ARE YOU!" I was shocked that an employee would say something like that to a customer! I even mentioned the incident to one of the friendly greeters at the entrance. So we then cashed out, and sat in the breeze way to wait out the remainder of the storm. While in the breezeway there was another lady, who was handicap and in a motorized cart. She had come to shop prior to the storm coming and had parked at the opposite end of the store. The manager refused to open the other doors for her to get to her car in the rain, so my husband volunteered to pull her car up for her, and help her. She was very grateful of course, but we were all disappointed in the way the manager and the other employee treated not only us, but the handicap lady that evening!

The store was clean and well organized, but the employees all seemed like they hated being their. My cashier seemed to hate my existence despite never saying hi and glaring rudely while asking her supervisor if she could end her shift after my transaction was over. You'd think she would scan the items quickly so she could end her own misery. Not so much. Self scan for large orders is the way to go.

They have distilled water now on central avenue
Yes
I'm not sure I never buy those sorry I couldn't of been more help
They have a really good selection of kitchen appliances including slow cookers
I've found some in crafts. Not great for actual pipe cleaning though. Maybe in the cigarette isle?
