Really bad tonight (September 26)... I am generally a fan of Wendy's, but tonight's visit was horrible. I ordered an Spicy Asiago Chicken Sandwich...what I got was a undercooked, soggy, chicken-patty like sandwich. It was both terrible tasting and terrible looking; definitely NOT what I ordered. I called almost immediately when I saw this train wreck, but was told the manager was unavailable, still waiting on a call back... I have seen a marked decline in both the quality and customer service of Wendy's over the last year.

Everytime I come here for pickup the orders are never ready. It takes about 25 minutes for an order to get prepared. Also everytime I arrive there is always a long line at the drive-thru and all the workers stand by the drive-thru area just chatting it up not acknowledging the customers at the registers. If there is a manager there you would never know by the way this location is being ran.

Yes l have encountered that in various locations. I believe it is due to irresponsible management and lack of customer service.apparently service is not what it used to be and the customer is last in respect of not knowing what customer service is supposed to be.never take it for granted as to what they post because 90 percent of the time it is not accurate.best thing to do is to call the main office and complain as to the bad service you have received and that you will never buy anything from them anymore because of the inconvenience they have given you.they will investigate this and on top of it all they will send you free coupons for your next order so sa to not lose any customer
