This was our first time visiting this location, but we love the chain and it’s food. Our table was reserved and we didn’t have to wait which is the reason we stopped this trip. I wish more places allowed reservations as we are all busy and planning makes life easier… at least for us. Anyway, my crispy honey chicken came out looking perfect but was more spicy than it should have been. I thought it was me, but our awesome waitress Candice noticed I wasn’t moving the meal like my family was. I was just going to let it go without saying anything, but when prompted I just explained my opinion. She checked with the chef and he tried the sauce and he agreed it was much warmer than it should be. In true pfchangs fashion they waved my meal and she hooked me up with a free dessert. I didn’t have time for a new meal, but I have ALWAYS been impressed with the company’s commitment to customer service and Candice made us feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated. I’ve had similar experiences at other locations so you guys are training right! Thank you Candice for a nice experience. We will certainly be visiting again !

Always one of our favorite places to eat. The food is out in a timely manor and everything is served hot and flavorful!

I ordered my lunch online for pickup and when I arrived I waited patiently for my food to come and when it did the lady, I assume was the manager, said they had to remake it because I didn't specify if I wanted sauce on my crispy honey chicken. I told her yes I wanted sauce on it and an extra cup on the side. Well she went back for them to fix it. To my surprise I opened my bag as I also ordered a spring roll and it was black and soft from grease. I'm not sure what happened but I am disappointed.
