Employee always seem bothered by their customers, hours always always wrong communication is not there and always cutoff their customers before their could finish what their trying to say.

This location has zero basic customer service skills, communication is nonexistent, overall this branch needs to replace their employees who doesn't want to be there and hire new ones who do.

Hours have not updated Lobby closes at 2pm with no signage to indicate the change on either Google or the store front. A 120 minute call into customer service to tell me the only thing they can help with is send me to a branch for more info. And the branch to immediately scoff that customer service/customer care could not assist over the phone. This place has a lot of great mortgage officers, unfortunately their teller and customer facing staff is either under trained or under paid to care for the customer.

6-4-20 HAD TO GO THERE IS NEAR MY HOUSE MAKE A DEPOSIT IT WILL BE THE LAST TIME AT THAT ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!
