When we arrived to stay the night, there was no water in our room and we didn't discover it until my spouse had to use the bathroom. He was not able to flush the toilet. Nor could he wash his hands. I was hung up on twice by the manager when I called to request a refund. Yes, we were charged for that night, even though I made the staff aware that we were aware that there was no water in our room. I was lied to by the manager and told that he had no other complaints. This cannot be true as there was also issues with the pool. The pool was closed due to a leak. Very poor business practice and customer service. I will never stay there again or recommend them to anyone.

Desk staff were very accommodating to my travel needs. The photos posted online are outdated, but in a good way. All the rooms have new beds, new chairs, new paint, etc. All rooms updated to include micro and fridge. It looks like the property was pretty run down at one time and now someone is investing to bring it back up to par. You may see a lot of trash at the dumpster, but it is the old stuff they pulled out of the rooms.

This is by far the WORSE place I've ever stayed. My fiance and I checked in and our first room stayed like fresh, pure urine. We asked for a new room but instead, we received an upgraded room (suite) and was informed that our checkout would be on the 9th but ended up getting kicked out. I went to the front desk to ask the lady questions and constantly would interrupt me. No breakfast of sorts and they had a dog barking at 1:00am and the dog wouldn't shut up. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!

The Beds were comfortable and the television worked. That's the only reason for the 1 star. My room didn't smell of smoke but the rest of the hotel did. There was No breakfast of ANY sort, Not even any coffee at 7 in the morning. We stayed a total of 2 nights and they didn't even come in to replace our towels or washrags or any of that kind of stuff. No pool or Hot-Tub which I really wish I would have known prior to booking. Whole place was rather dirty, Carpets were stained pretty bad and nothing seemed clean. Will find another place to stay when visiting this town in the future!
