For the price it is quite good. There are some thing done to keep it cheap. Inspection before checking out. Not perfectly maintained. My five rating is there because of cost to excellence. Great price. Only moderately excellent on excellence of upkeep. Keep that in mind. No elevator.

Do Not Stay here. It was filthy and unsafe. Someone had pushed a washcloth into the door frame so I couldn’t close or lock my door! I refused to stay there. All the Manager did was pull out the washcloth (leaving a huge whole in the door frame and said) “Okay, it closes now”. Marion Red Roor Inn is horrible absolutely terrible! The website has false photos depicting the state of the room. It is so disgusting the bathrooms were not cleaned and their were used cigarettes in the drawers. It was a non smoking room that reeked of smoke and the smoke detector was ripped out of the wall. The Floor was filthy! Absolutely the worst!!!!!!

Visited friends at this location. The room was nice enough the location was convenient and our friend said the price was about the same as other hotels in the area. There was a horrible crime Committed here several years ago where the clerk that worked in the office was murdered on site.Im not sure of the exact details I just know it was a horrible thing that shouldn't have happened and the hotel has since had no such problems

Basic no frills lodging. A bit of communication problems. Difference between American English and India's English. I was trying to communicate that I needed two beds and I also wanted to know how much I was being charged. It shouldn't be this difficult.
