No appointments available for 3 months. Closed every Friday and every other Monday? Yikes! HQ should give them their own building and more staff to meet the needs of the military community they serve. We had to book an appointment 3 hours away at a different installation to recieve our retiree IDs in order to finish our travel claim and seek medical care as soon as possible.

I had to come back 4 times because they said it was getting later and they was not talking anymore but the long line was not even half way finish when me in my husband got there. Very rude and when had the paperwork but the one kept asking if we had the paperwork like she was not trying to read or something

I would have given it one star but I did 2 because the lady we worked with was super nice! However the lady at the check in desk was extremely rude to my wife and I....its clear she's a sad lady and hates life!

Horrible experience. Fourth time here to get my pin reset and I get sent away because their system is down or they don’t take any more walk ins. I asked to schedule an appt for cac reset and they say “you don’t need an appointment for that”… just subpar service

Depends on your status in DEERS. Are you you fully retired? Are you fully disabled? That sort of thing. If you are in any group/status that requires a periodic update, you'd then have an exp date.
1st, ensure you're using this URL: https://idco.dmdc.osd.mil/idco/ Next, in the Site Locator & Appointments, enter your location (enter 'Quantico' if that's where you're searching for appointments), select the Search For "Appointments" button, then select Search. You should now see the 2034 Little Hall location, select that and search for available appointments.

Drivers license, and one other photo id. A passport for example. I think your SS card is also an acceptable second form with your driver's license.
