Very classy and great merchandise.

Terrible customer service and uniform measurements. My uniforms, along with most of my buddy's uniforms required significant alterations. My buddies who got theirs through the MCX had no issues, despite The Marine Shop boasting of higher quality uniforms and tailors. The customer service has also been terrible. I sent my service As coat in to be tailored and then shipped to me, but as of now I have not received it about a month after it was supposed to be delivered. I have called the shop and their support number, leaving my information and a message every time. I am yet to hear back from them.

Exceedingly slow in store service. 20 + minutes to purchase on floor items.

After being notified at last minute to support a funeral detail ceremony, One of the current Marine Shop store managers, Janice, helped me with a 'rush-order' request for Dress Blue Alpha uniform medal mounting services. She was extremely helpful and professional and was able to have my request completed with a 1-Day turn-around. Highly recommend coordinating with Janice for all future orders and requests. -Capt J, USMC

Hi Mr. Williams, We recommend using your preferred dry cleaners for spot treatment. If your sleeve ornamentation is too badly stained or damaged for the dry cleaner, it can be replaced. We don't recommend attempting to clean it by alternative methods, as that could lead to damaging the entire coat. Thanks! TMS Staff
Unfortunately we do not carry HMX-1 Patches. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, several of our neighbors here on Potomac Avenue in Quantico are likely to carry the patch, however.
The Marine Shop is requiring everyone in the store to wear a mask. Employees are taking every sanitary precaution both on the floor and in the tailor shop to ensure that everyone is safe and can shop with confidence.
The store is open to all Marines, veterans, retirees, or fans of the Marine Corps. However, visitors to the base must have appropriate identification or credentials. You can find more information regarding base access here: https://www.quantico.marines.mil/Portals/147/Docs/Resources/DBIDS%20Graphic.pdf
For a friend probably a kbar or gun. For a spouse, probably something for at home that is a reminder of how proud you are that they got to that impressive rank. My wife got me a desk name plate. Hope that helps.
