This morning my mom and I went in for my moms right eye having flashes, concerned, we walked into this clinic. First thing, the girl at the front desk was incredibly rude and her response to our questions was “I don’t know.” “The card you have SOMETIMES doesn’t work.”(like it’s a Visa card.. what?) “We don’t accept any insurance with Florida blue.” Which to me was a little odd considering we are in the villages..? Didn’t recommend us more than one other place and she kept walking away from us while we were speaking.. super uncomfortable. Anyway we called and got another eye place and was treated with the upmost respect. If you haven’t been to this clinic, I wouldn’t recommend. Not a good feeling when you’re worried about your eyes and nobody else seems to be.. it’s a no from me.
