Went to this napa today the girl In there was the best very helpful..I was thinking she mite not know anything but I was wrong smart girl .. I live in Reidsville and went to all the parts stores and all the guys got it wrong she looked and looked to she got it perfect 👌 her employee ID was 3.

I ordered a part I need today that said was in stock and ready for pickup within 30 minutes. Got email saying ready for pickup and drove 20 minutes to the store just to be told it’s not there. Now having to wait till tomorrow for it. Not happy

Had a dead battery and asked the guy working there if the flashing lights on my dash was due to the dead battery. He said no and I would have to take my car to a dealership to figure out what was wrong with it. He also said they don't install batteries. Took my car to Advance Auto where they installed a new battery and guess what? Lights on my dash stopped flashing. Employees should know more about cars before getting hired.

I had been to this store several times in the past and had no complaints. In fact it WAS my preferred auto parts store. Wednesday evening I called to inquire about getting some base and clear coat for a project. I was told there were only 2 people that could assist me with that, they were both managers and neither one was in the store. Was told I should come in tomorrow to talk to Justin that he would be in around 10am. Thursday 10:30am I walk into the store and speak with 2 men at the front counter. One man says Justin isn't in yet but that he is always late and I should call ahead of time to be sure he's there before coming back and that there is nothing they can do for me regarding paint. That same day about an hour later I call to see if Justin is in and I am told that he isn't scheduled to be in until Friday at 10am and I should call back then. Friday afternoon at around 3:00 pm I call and finally talk to Justin. I tell him what I need and I can tell he isn't actually interested and tells me he can't do anything until I pay for the order. I say ok, can you take my payment over the phone? Answer is No, I have to come in and pay for it but that if I can't be there in 10-15 minutes I should not bother coming in until Monday. I tell him about my experience and he says that all the people I talked to were capable of assisting me but they just didn't want to. I know this won't phase Justin or his crew but I won't be purchasing from this store ever again.

Everyone wears masks there. They have hand disinfectant readily available for visitors. Shields are used at registers, and minimum distances are maintained inside the store.
