These chocolatiers mean business. There are recent awards all over the walls and after sampling a number of their products, they are certainly well deserved. We got the sipping chocolate (their take on hot chocolate), frozen chocolate, and a bag of chocolate chip cookies. The difference is night and day. The chocolate here is rich and flavorful yet somehow light at the same time. You taste the real cacao and not off-tasting sweeteners. Customer service was top notch - informative and friendly. I don’t give 5/5 very often but these guys easily met the standard in my opinion

Castronovo's chocolate chip cookies are available on Thursdays and Fridays. If you are making an effort to stop in to buy them -and many people do- I would advise you to reserve your cookies by calling Castronovo Chocolate Factory at (772) 521-1699. They are in high demand and some days they sell very quickly (which explains the other comment). Thank you for the question! PS - Also try the biscotti made with the Honduras-origin chocolate. They're amazing.
Hi, your question is very important. Castronovo Chocolate posts instructions on our doors for everyone to have a facemask covering their mouth and nose *before* entering our chocolate factory. We understand the inconvenience wearing a facemask may cause some people. Therefore we gladly accommodate people with no facemask by posting our phone number on the door. Everyone is welcome to place a phone order. A staff member walks outside with the order. Should a customer walk indoors with no mask we politely ask them to exit and place the order over the phone. We make no exceptions. All staff abide by the same masking rules for their entire shift so we understand well the inconvenience. Thank you.
