The people working here must all be suffering from some form of debilitating retardation. The fact that this delivery service has this many 1 star reviews is a testament to how chromosomally deficient the staff has to be. I feel bad that these people exist; it must be hard being so operationally dysfunctional.

DHL sucks. I ordered some merchandise that was in Jacksonville a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Just been sitting here for a month. It would have been faster for me to simply walk to Jacksonville and back at this rate. DHL can go to hell.
