Unfortunately I had to visit to put my cat down. It was an emergency visit and my first time there. I can't say enough how fantastic they were. They were kind, caring, and compassionate. They treated me and my cat better than my regular vet. Would give them 10 stars if I could

Took my dog to get her teeth cleaned, got there, they told me they had rescheduled her appt, and I said when? Because no one has called to tell me this, knowing I took off if work to drop her off at 7 in the morning. They said they had this one employee who has a habit of changing appt and not calling the customers. They took her, couple months went by, and I had to give her med, and that is when i had notice her back teeth has tar build up BAD tar build up!! I kept wondering why does her breath smells even after a cleaning... They never touch her back teeth, over $400 just to clean her front teeth, is mind blowing. They had cheated me and basically stolen from me and my dog. Why would these "Profesionals" do something like this? And i have a small dog, reason why I get her teeth clean once a year is because bad teeth leads to hear problems. Yall better check on yall dog teeth if they get them clean here.

The Princeton Banfield has the worst services I have ever experiences. My dog is due for an annual medical exam in September. We scheduled the appointment over a month before the exam date. Before the exam date, they simply just called and said your appointment was cancelled. It is absolutely absurd. I have had enough with the facility and believe the corporate should well assess internal management. Obviously I called and waited for an hour. No body picked up.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
