It was 8:30 pm and a employee was very rude at me asking me that if I need more time. I jusk told him " you close at 9 pm right". So I have time dont worry I will be out before 9. Employee with that actitud just quick and find another job. Also I ask a question about a notebook and he did not take time to explain or show my option.

Terrible customer service and rude management, was looking to buy airpods case and couldn't tell from the picture on the box what generation of airpods it was for. When i opened the package the manager freaked out, took away my box and said he couldn't help me. Will never shop there again or any other staples store, to be honest i wonder why they are still around....should have disappeared when blockbusters did.

I would have given a 0 star for Staples Techincal service dept, if there was an option. The service tech was very rude. I took my laptop to this place, which was having a black screen, even when it was turning on. The technician rudely told me that the laptop was dropped (it was dropped 2 months back and was working till date) and he won't touch it. He even strongly suggested to buy a new one under $500 from Staples. When asked if data can be recovered, he rudely said that it will be anywhere between $600-$1,500. The tech treated me as if I'm an illiterate, who knows nothing about computers. I took the laptop to BuySellRepairs.com in Mercer mall and got it repaired within 10 mins, as it just had a loose LCD cable. *** Never go to Staples for tech service ***

One of the unsanitary public place of business I have ever visited. The store manager should be held accountable. Will never shop at any staples store.
