Don't think there is a weight limit as much as there is can you fit in the seat safely and locked in?
I would say it is mainly zero g most of the time but going up in to the top hat it's like 4 or 5 g's but it dosen't hurt like most roller coaster and its smooth so you dont really feel them
It varies by date. For both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, it's $164 - $187. For one park it's $109-$132.
Height limits are generally due to the restraint system on the ride. VelociCoaster uses lap bar restraints that are way more adjustable and forgiving than over the shoulder (OTSR) restraints used on Hulk.
