I gave birth in this hospital and it has very high standards of care I can tell. Thank you so much to nurses Ellen and Christine in postpartum unit and pediatrician Cuzzie. I had bad experience with another pediatrician on call but appreciate a lot that hospital team listen to my concerns and I was able to change pediatrician during my stay.

This me ER is horrible!! Unfortunately they don’t practice hygiene, no true concern for patients safety or HIPPA regulations. Nurse are rude, inconsiderate and extremely impatient. Patients are placed in the hall with equipment and patients running constantly into each other. I was disappointed and will never return to this hospital.

This hospital emergency department the worse! Rude and unprofessional doctors and nurses. Longer than standard waiting times. Their waiting room doesn't even have enough chairs for volume. People were injured sitting on the floor. DON'T. COME. HERE!!!

I don’t usually give bad reviews on a place that I went at the first time. The receptionists are so rude!! They don't listen by trying to overtalk you, misunderstand and lie. Fortunately I was just a visitor but I shouldn't have had to go through an act of God to visit someone And they don’t even wanna help.

Holy Cross Health does not perform paternity testing at birth. There are, however, other resources available to you outside the hospital, which can take several days for the results. Paternity tests are available for purchase at a local drug store or online. Other resources include DNA Diagnostics Center at 1-800-DNA-CENTER or a pediatrician's office. There is public wifi here, you do not need a password. You only have to connect and agree to their terms of usage. Its actually fairly fast and covers most of the hospital.
My experience was awful I had to wait 6 hours in the ER until next day to be seen by a physician, made a reaction to the medications and the stupid doctor said I was faking, then they charged me for care I didn't receive until I made a complaint about what happened, if you can go to another hospital please, don't go there
