Only positive thing were the friendly front desk staff, once I went back to meet for an intake for my child the therapist was unprofessional, uncaring, poor communication. I can go on and on. I spoke to the director I hope a new person doesn't have the experience as I did. I am gling some place else where rge mental health will ne taken seriously and gave better staff than this place.

Its very hot in the building and Ms Andrea called 911 when my fiance and I had an argument then I was taken to med Star where they held me in isolation and force fed me and sent me a bill for twelve thousand dollars. And the psychiatrist there is really rigid. The staff isn't good and they watch you all the time and make you read magazines and color. I am not a child and the experience was traumatic for me I'm still in shock and now have a deep fear of hospitals. Ms lamm very kind to me at Vesta and Ms Andrea apologize but I still can't forget the twelve thousand dollars bill and the screaming from the medstar
