I believe yes. And I would suggest it. The bartender told us they have been busy for lunch lately. Also, its close to state circle so I'm sure the state employees frequent the restaurant. Enjoy!!!
Nothing unusual just masks and cleaning tables
The atmosphere is very pleasant, a bit more of a party atmosphere in the evenings but not rowdy. On Sunday we currently have a jazz brunch which is very "chill" and if you have any issues with the atmosphere please bring that to a member of the leadership team and we will do our best to adjust to your preference. Agree with previous comment. Can't beat free weekend parking at Garage on Calvert street near St. John's college. Plenty of parking at the dock. If parking on the street be aware there is a 2 hour limit except for King George street which has 9 hour free parking if you can find an open space.
