Racially profiled. I'm white. 1 eviction that was dismissed due to being terminated while on FMLA. Come to find out they are renting to people who have multiple evictions and make 10 an hour. I have 1 dismissed making 1450 a week. Spent 2 plus hours appealing it with a response of (we don't care) was given an email to contact a hire up. Sent 2 emails. No response But if i were black it would have been in my favor. Taking this to fair housing for them to sort it out The ladies in the office sit there doing nothing all-day except face timing guys and doing no work. Every worker is black and friends with the main person which again is black I have no problem against any color at all but if you are going to racially profile me I'm going to announce it in public place. This place is awful and racist against white people.

EDIT: To add to my review, don’t bother calling the apartment as no one will answer the phone. And if they do, no one will help you with what’s going on. We were incorrectly refunded after we moved out and we cannot get anyone to give us …We sincerely apologize for your experience. This is literally the worst place I’ve ever lived. Its not up to date, and it’s severely over priced for an apartment that’s not up to date.
