Took about 5 minutes to sign up online. Been trying to cancel for 3 weeks now. You either have to go in person or use a carrier pigeon. But they will charge you for extra fees no problem and send the confirmation over email.

Don’t get a membership here. The facilities would be nice if they kept the weights where they are supposed to be and if people weren’t packed in here like sardines. It’s not worth coming here when they change from 24 hours to closing at night randomly, and there’s a 10 dollar cancellation fee when you’re not even in contract. This place is terrible. You’ll hate coming here because parking is really bad. Pushy to sign up, they ignore you, and I have never seen them going around cleaning or putting weights away. Stay away from this garbage gym, find a better place to go. Seriously this place is terrible. Don’t provide towels anymore. A lot of machines are broken too.

I would call the club and see what they're willing to do for you. Additionally, there may be stipulations for events like this in the fine print of your contract if you have it on hand. The gyms are starting to reopen under Phase 2 in Virginia, so I would act quickly if you want to get any kind of refund
Please treat it as if it were cancelled. The weather is great. Go outside.
There's a parking garage but it fills up fast on peak times
Guest and daily passes don't allow basketball or pool use
