It can happen where a resturant has consistently given great service and food in the past, then suddenly there's a bad experience day. Restaurants strive to keep everything running at a reasonably high bar level because they do value their customers. They love and highly value their repeat customers. The bad experience day could be because of a new employee coming on-board which may even include a nervous new manager, receiving orders in the back or any number of things. I would encourage you to continue visiting that restaurant. Don't remove them from your favorites list yet. If they have customer comment cards or a customer hot line telephone number take advantage of it. My wife and I had a very good experience the first time we went. Matter of fact I might never of gone there if it hadn't been for somebody giving us a gift card. The gift card is what got us in the front door in the first place on that busy Easter weekend. We'll be back.

Yes there is a Senior Menu. It is offered Monday thru Thursday from 3-5pm

Best to call but I can't imagine why they wouldn't be. With holiday season upon us, most restaurants will want to snake up as much dough as possible. Just call up there and see what they say. Likely shorter than typing this message and reading our responses.
