We were switched to Pure Water Pools of Naples after being with Leisure Pools (owned by the same family different siblings). We had our pool completely redone last year by a company that has done our pool twice and that is all that they do, no pool service.. We were out of town for the summer months and told by Pure Water Pools that a part had gone bad, the salt cell. The parts and labor would be $2,290.00. We told them we would address it when we returned in two weeks. Then they contacted us and said we had a leak and they needed to do a leak test. Again I ask them to wait till we got home. They did the bucket test and concluded we had a leak so we called the people that did all the work on the pool last year. They came out did a dye test and the auto fill was not shutting off. I also had them look at the salt cell to confirm it was bad and they said it was going so should replace it. I asked him to bid the salt cell and labor to do the job. The bid was over $500.00 less than the bid from Pure Water Pools so we said go ahead. I sent an email to Pure Water Pools to let them know the salt cell had been replaced and the leak was the autofill and I would let them know when that was fixed or replaced. I received an email from Beth telling me "We will be discontinuing our services effective today". I wrote back and told her they were over $500.00 higher than the bid from the company that had done our whole pool and we had a right as consumers to use who we wanted. Beth wrote back that "Services are cancelled as of today". They rip you off on all repairs and drop you if you go elsewhere for your repairs. Do Not Get Involved with the company. Arlene Morrissy

Pure Water replaced a thousand dollar salt cell under warranty for me when Pentair was virtually impossible to contact. I REALLY appreciate Pure Water's professionalism in getting it done quickly and with out my presence. They are really friendly and would highly recommend them for their pool knowledge.
