The staff deserve 5 stars. But the facility including the cold meals get a 1. Management needs to spend a night here and stay in a room (pretending to be a patient) and experience how a typical patient sees things.

8/30/2022 ~ My loved one is in this facility, and have been for some time now; however, I do not feel the same way about this facility as I did when he first arrived. Last month had to "make some noise" because the staff left my family member in a soiled attend for pretty much the whole night shift. UNACCEPTABLE! And this is not the first time either. I've been in to visit and you can time how long it takes for the call light to get answered. Just ridiculous! Woodbine has gone down big time! The staff is under staffed, and therefore the residents pay the consequences. And let's just say what it is: most of the staff is only there for the paycheck. UNPROFESSIONAL! Today, my loved one called me crying and upset, saying that he is being neglected, and that the staff (some of them) openly talk about him as if he don't have feelings. Really Woodbine?! He wants to leave. And I'm strongly considering doing just that. NO ONE DESERVE TO BE TREATED LIKE THAT! Especially from the "supposedly" nurturing profession of nursing. *DI would strongly be against recommending anyone to this facility! They need to do better! #HighlyUpsetFamilyMember
