DO NOT LET ANYBODY STAY OVERNIGHT HERE!!!! The staff is horrible!!! They are short of staff and lazy. My mom has been here 4 days. They don’t change her only if you call them. I found the worst rash anyone has ever seen.They don’t change their diaper she stayed with a PM diaper for 6 hours Horrible. I keep talking to them but no one listens. They even gave her the other patients food they didn’t even check any name till I mentioned she got the wrong tray !!!! It’s a shame to put anyone you love in this place. I have 1 star because I had to. They deserve ZERO STARS STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY

Staff shortages. After pressing help button, took 15+ minutes to respond. Aides were disrespectful to each other. There were communication issues. Excessive wait time on telephone at nurses station. Charge nurse was reluctant to call doctor to get permission to call 911 when my father’s mental state drastically changed due to a change in his medication (serious side affects). The facility, patients’ room and bathroom are unsatisfactory. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Currently a friend is a patient at this facility. Response when he needs assistance is extremely slow and can take hours before they come to help him. Staff seems indifferent in helping him and they are sometimes arguementive. Request have been made to have his room and floor cleaned.

Why doesn't anyone here besides the front desk answer the phone?! My mother and I have been trying to call for a few days, multiple times a day and the nurses stations never answer after we are transfered. My sister is there and we are trying to get updates, pretty difficult when the phone goes unanswered.
