This location will take advantage and make every excuse to not clean your pool if you are under contract and happen to be a snow bird. The pool is completely green with algae growing for the last 2 months. I installed cameras and allowed them to lie about showing up to clean. They said they did. Cameras prove otherwise. Then they claimed the guard did not let them in. Another lie. This matter will be handled in court. Choose one of the many additional pinch a penny's in the area. Do not use any owned by Mike Adair.

We are very disappointed. In February 2022, we hired Pinch A Penny on David to acid wash and weekly maintain the pool. And look at this green pool. Who would let their kids swimming in this? This happened to us twice since February. First time, they told us that something in the air made the pool mold. We did believe them because we thought Pinch A Penny is a big company, have good reputation. We never had swimming pool before, so we don't know anything about swimming pool. Last week we noticed the pool turned green again and I called them. The one who answered my phone told me that the guy who supposed to clean the pool got Covid and very sick. There is nothing they can do, and will try to catch up this week. Today, when I got home from work, the pool is still super dirty. I understand that they don't have enough people working. However, the store should call us to let us know and instruct us what to do to maintain it. NO, NOTHING. They are very IRRESPONSIBLE. I am very disappointed, sad, and mad.
