I had the vegetarian curry "drumsticks" (a soy option) and it was very underwhelming. The rice and the plantains were the only appetizing thing as the curry seemed to lack flavor, spice, and authentic Jamaican flavors. The presentation lacked as well. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. More vegan/vegetarian options would really set this place apart from some of the other Caribbean spots.

I would suggest calling the restaurant before you place an online order. Placed an order for pick up. Order was confirmed via email. Drove to the restaurant to pick up order and was told the order was canceled because they don't have any food. I'm not even mad about that because everyone is having supply issues. However, I am upset about the way the situation was handled. The order was never canceled even though they had my email address and phone number. Furthermore, they already took the $113 out of my account. I now have to wait and see if the charge is going to drop off or if I'll have to dispute it. Absolutely ridiculous. 08/19/2022 update - still no refund 5 days later!

Always try to eat somewhere different and today was a couldn't miss. Something about perfectly cooked steamed vegetables. Restaurant was clean and we were there during a down time so the food was swift. Curry chicken and coconut shrimp hit the spot. Will be back
