My husband and I just moved out of Gardens East after purchasing our first home! We lived at Gardens East for two years and for the most part had a quiet and chill experience. When we first moved in under the previous management company things were not so great as well as dealing with the property manager. I feel the property manager at the time made it hard for the office staff to be positive as she was not. After they merged with Arium we noticed a big difference in the community as well as the office staff. Any maintenance calls we had to make were dealt with in a timely manner and they understood that we had to be home because of our not so friendly dog. There were a few maintenance crew we obviously preferred over others, but over all things were fixed as needed. We lived right across from the dog park that was very convenient for our bull dog to run around and get some time outside. They keep a very clean neighborhood with routine grass maintenance, tree cutting, mulching and trash pick up. The pools are kept very clean always and lovely to swim in the summer. The neighborhood is quiet and our neighbors were friendly always. You are in the best part of Gardens and in walking distance of restaurants, shopping and more. Unfortunately we did have minor flooding issue in our bottom floor apartment after it rained always in our living room. The office made several attempts to fix it, but the buildings are almost 30 years old. We think that there is going to be a lot more done in order to make sure the next tenant does not encounter what we did. We did not like the companies they worked with for maintenance, the professionalism was just not there and made me feel very uncomfortable. However the office did try their best to make it better and offered other solutions that we appreciated. When it came time to break our lease early Crystal was very helpful and prompt with everything we needed in order to leave! Overall the neighborhood is safe and really enjoyed our time we had. We appreciate the staff and all their hard work to make our temporary home peaceful and beautiful!
