I am extremely dissatisfied with the services of this uhal, I delivered the fuel tank in the same amount I received and they even charged me extra fuel. I went to the service but nothing helped... so when renting uhal, free gasoline delivered to them above what you receive.

Very happy with our U-Haul experience! We are traveling cross country and was towing our car by dolly. We picked the dolly up originally from Sanford and had a great pick up experience. However after towing for an hour the dolly and car were vibrating and didn’t feel as secure for so long of a drive so we pulled into Ocoee U haul and Peggy was amazing at helping us upgrade to a heavy duty trailer. Anthony helped us hook up and we felt very reassured with his help. We were done in 30 minutes. Great employees and customer service to ensure our safety!!

You can have an appointment to get a vehicle and wait 45 mins in line to pick it up. Hidden admin charges on all the tolls. Which changes based on their mood. I made the exact same trip, on the exact same route 2x in 1 month and got charged extra admin fees and extra toll charges I didn’t use. First trip was $4 and change. Second trip was $13 and change with a new $8 admin fee. Which wasn’t on my first trip, which again, is identical in every way to my second trip. So there shouldn’t be new surprise charges. I called to clarify what it was and got transferred to their cooperate office where the hood times are 40 minutes. Called back to speak to someone local and they put me on hold and never answered the phone again after that. Van had a turn signal that didn’t work and the other van had water all in the back. Water and cardboard don’t mix.
