My bacon was raw and they didn’t cook the bacon at all. I would expect more from a $12 sandwich. I tried calling and it says to call back later. I tried their chat customer service and I’ve been on chat hold for a half an hour. I won’t be back. No phone number on the receipt to call for problems.

Is it seriously so hard to put the freaking carry out orders on the shelf where they belong??? I am SO SICK of either sending my son in to grab the order and him not knowing what the heck is happening because the order is not there, or me going in and sitting on the bench and waiting…and waiting…waiting….while my order is getting cold sitting in some bag somewhere that’s NOT THE PICK-UP SHELF! Seriously, it’s not rocket science. Get your act together!! Follow protocol so that there are no surprises. I seriously left a tip for me to have to go inside and hunt down my order?? Best believe I’m getting that back. And also the apple juice box that didn’t make it into my order. If I weren’t so annoyed, I’d have pointed out the giant dead cockroach I passed as I exited. Oh, wait….

Wear a mask going in. Once order is given, sit and remove mask. Employees wear masks. Tables are cleaned and wiped down.
Yes there is a drive-thru at this location.
I've never called,so I can't speak to whether that's their practice. But I do suggest,that you stop in and explain to the manager on duty. I would personally tell them if it happens again,I'd contact their corporate headquarters. Furthermore,I'll pass their lack of service onto friends and acquaintances.
I didn't see any cars in the parking lot that had the PB sign on them. There may be a third party service in the area that will deliver for you.
Please use more words when asking your questions. Are you asking if the Panera in Yulee had any specials? For that information you should go to the website.
