Room and breakfast was great. It seemed the young lady behind the counter had more important things to do than help with customers.

Unfriendly staff (specifically staff members with the names that start with V and J). 1. “V” is an extremely sassy individual. We had an unpleasant experience with this lady in 2014 or 2015 when we stayed there (voices were raised due to her incompetency and rudeness) but looks like we had to deal with her rudeness again. 2. The hotel manager previously agreed on full refund on two rooms back in early May as all members for the trip were not going to make it due to family death, but found out they only provided partial refund while the rooms got canceled. Got yelled at by “J” over the phone when I was trying to explain the situation and resolve the issue. Expressed the unpleasant interaction and yelling continued. Not only I had a very unpleasant onsite and phone call experience, looks like they’re trying to take the money for a room we never stayed in. Escalated to Hilton Honors for investigation and dispute. Will no longer be staying here when I visit. For those considering this hotel, stay far away and book somewhere else.

Good location and general accommodations were good - room was clean, breakfast was good, pool area and fitness areas were nice. There are also four EV Go charger in the parking lot for EV owners - awesome! Points taken off for shower door that wouldn't stay closed (on rollers, always rolled open ~6 inches), sink faucet completely loose in the sink, and a heating unit that was so loud ear plugs were found to be necessary.

Looked great on arrival. Staff was friendly. Located in a nice area, close to historic towns. The hotel was quiet at night. We were able to sleep well as the bed was comfortable. We had breakfast included, eggs, sausage, bagels fruits and drinks. Lot of variety. A suggestion would be for hotel to pay closer attention to detail. A few concerns. The toilet could have used to cleaned, the chase lounge had stains, which could be easily removed. The body lotion that was available had been opened..
