Odd to review a court house but to second or third or 100 there is no electronics allowed. They have a snack place inside that is always open but only takes credit cards and it’s 100% self serve at least during covid.

There's also street parking but costs money too.
Garage next to building address: 550 Elizabeth Ln Alexandria, VA 22314. $9 for 2 H Keep your phone in your car. or you are not allowed get in. then go back to put your phone in to car like me. waste time
There is metered parking in the area and paid garages.
