Booked an appt. Registered online 2 days ahead. Got voice message to come in at 12 at a short notice. Receptionist not even reviewing the health info and didnt even let me know they dont do in house visit bec of the symptoms. I get it bec of the covid but at least put extra effort in your work and not just sitting there and when i already wasted my time only to learn i will not be entertained. So disappointed.

Three years ago I gave them 5 stars since then the business has been run down. I came in earlier in the week complaining of my throat hurting and high blood pressure without any test the doctor said it’s probably allergies come back in two days. I come in for an appointment and no staff in the building but the doors open. Other patients were waiting an hour. We walk around yelling for staff and hear no one. Leaving doors unlocked with patient files around and no staff is unlawful. The receptionist finally shows up but the doctor didn’t. Receptionist tried to calm all the waiting patience but I don’t think that’s her job. An hour later for my appointment and still no doctor. I don’t know where Dr. Otiji is but since she’s left the practice it’s been poor service.

Great medical practice. They take good care of you. The staff along with the Doctors provided outstanding customer service. I’m glad they are there.
