I'm trying to move out of here I hate it here it's a disaster.

Avoid Avoid Avoid ! I moved to this place years ago and it has been the worst experience of my life when it comes to leasing. The staff is inconsistent, unprofessional, and unresponsive. The office staff does not answer the phones and the hours of operation are "whenever they feel like opening/closing". DCRA(DC Consumer and Regulatory Affairs) is always leaving notices throughout the property due to the numerous housing violations that exist. Homeless people sleep in the laundry rooms in addition to random people smoking and who knows what else in the hallways. Most of the maintenance staff is rude and addresses repairs with lethargy and poor workmanship. Cheap place in DC but I'd pay a little more for my peace of mind elsewhere ... I'm at my wits end I'm looking for another place ASAP View Less

A little old but has lots of space the rooms are very large especially for the 3 bedrooms

Been here for over two years! They don’t do nothing don’t fix anything APRIL in the rental office so not care she will lie and lie and when yu attempt to speak to her she runs and hides in the back constantly. They got roaches and mice EVERYWHERE AND HAVE THE AUDACITY TO BE RUDE ON THE PHONE
