Exaction refers to the demanding and obtaining of something through force and the intentional infliction of pain and suffering to force an individual to endure something unpleasant. August 17 a passport renewal office collected a renewal fee and then proceeded to confiscate the passport of a black federal official and refused to release his passport after he provided the appropriate supporting documentation. The incident stemmed from an HHS adverse report. The federal official in question is a constant target and victim of legal harassments, unlawful warrant/ detainment, property confiscation and malicious reporting by state officials to federal agencies. Not one of the officials involved in these acts of alleged color of law violations have been investigated.

Too be i don't know to much about this business in Washington DC but it they care anything about what a person has to be told too live in a St Vincent DePaul hotel too be Black mold growing in it that they be staff in 5524 n.main st Dayton Ohio 45415 st Vincent DePaul hotel too be staff that smoke pot and refusing to take the vaccine as they all ready had the covid to say that I don't want to be around anyone that's not taken the vaccine to be residents living here for transitional housing that they work at getting the funds to house them that they try and house them in there housing facilities that it goes right back full circle too be applying for funds here but too house them in the same foundation too be a conflict of interest too be fund finding to be that they using the government funds for there own interest is what it looks like to me I may have needed housing but I nit let them call crisis care too be the director of this facility works within the same offices if crisis care that maybe be a problem for me or maybe be a problem for the government funding that given too these people too be i have to speak up as a america I have that right
