Great community. Very well cared for. Manage a couple of units there and tenants love it. Plenty of amenities and close to Nasa and ksc. Love it.

Unfortunately, Holly in the office has refused to assist my family in any way regarding the repair that was caused from the exterior of the building into our unit. The contractor they hired told our family it was obvious that whoever did the repair to the exterior last time (also hired by Villas At La Cita) did such a poor job that it allowed water to get into our condo leaving us with what will be a massive bill even though we were assured the last repair to the exterior was done properly. Hopefully, no one ever gets Holly on her bad side because she didn't hesitate to let me know that she's worked at Villas at La Cita for 25 years and she has never had a resident question the repairs. Yeah, okay. So, while I'm still on the phone with her while all of my co-workers in the ICU can hear Holly yelling and laughing at me and telling me basically that "my opinions" aren't worth anything to her and she just continues to cut me off and tell me essentially that I'm just a waste of her very valuable time. I'm honestly grateful I had 6 other RNs listening to this conversation because Holly got so upset that she started to ask my my full name and my families name like she is putting me on some La Cita watch list. The worst and most disheartening part of this phone call was I kept trying to tell her that all I wanted was to ask the questions I had and go since I am a RN and I'm currently at work still to which she had the audacity to reply, "So what!?, being a healthcare worker isn't going to do anything to help you." Everyone around me listening on speaker was in utter-disbelief. Great way to treat not only those who pay their HOA fees on time but also healthcare workers who sacrifice so much to ensure the people in our community are safe and well. Hey Villas At La Cita Condominium Association/Sentry Management, Is there anyone else who can assist me? Holly stated she is the only person who can assist me and she has decided she is no longer comfortable doing so. Sincerely, A healthcare worker with an unwanted opinion.

This place is disgusting mold in the pool bathrooms, rusty drains in the apts. along with tile and drywall falling in the residents bathrooms. they left dry-rotting carpet in the unit after changing out the hot water tank. Who ever owns this place need to spend some time here, I would not pay to live here anyone with breathing problems, this place is biohazardous.

The two ladies in the front office are the sweetest people you will ever meet. Truly care for the tenants, and do everything in their power to help make your living situation as pleasant as possible.
