Kelsey was such an amazing server. She really made our dining experience with her food recommendations, attention to detail, and funny banter. I would have posted to Opentable if I could figure it out so I left the review here. No matter what you get at The Regional you’ll be completely satisfied but Kelsey sent us over the edge with their BBQ sauce (12/10 recommend). Pro tip: get their bucket of chicken to go. Thank you to Kelsey and the chef. The BBQ special was fantastic.

Terrible service. Our waiter completely ignored us while spending most of his time with on other tables. Water wasn't being filled, dishes took forever to arrive, wasn't providing extra plates when requested. Even after apologizing for forgetting about us he went right back to the same old pattern. Even getting the check was the pain. Most expensive split meal I've had in my life. Food was tasty.

So glad The Regional opened again. Our server, Ian, was friendly and professional. My wife enjoyed the Braised Short Ribs, and I had the Red Snapper. Both were outstanding! The atmosphere was lively and the customer service was excellent! We look forward to dining again soon.
