Came to this location with my family tonight because the food is good when I’ve had it during lunch.Once seated for quite awhile I had to ask if anyone was servicing our area. Then it just continued to go downhill from there. My husband asked for a Pepsi and got Dr.Pepper instead. When the food was brought out my daughters food practically slid off her plate when it was being handed to her and though it was mumbled that another plate would be brought out it never came. My husbands burger that was asked to be made well done was still pinkish and my meal per the menu included coleslaw was not included. We had to ask the waiter for drink refills was never asked if everything was ok and even longer story short was highly disappointed. Though it shouldn’t matter I feel like the age of the staff had something to do with it. They all were young. Our waiter even indicated it was his first day. What looked to be their supervisor was just walking around playing macho chomping on gum. Even when told about the initial delay on waiting on a server he glanced our way and yelled out well do they got their menus, never once coming over to apologize and even later when we were leaving and passed him mumbled, with no eye contact, a unenthusiastically have a good night. Don’t know what the deal is but for such a busy street, with such big business potential with this type of service they potentially will continue to lose business, especially at night.

We moved to West Palm Beach about a year ago and this bar has become our new hometown bar. The bartenders (Geo, Daisy, Katie, and Jefferson) have truly made this place feel special. Manager Bryant is great! The rewards program is amazing. The food is amazing. But the bar staff is out of this world!

A great place to come and chill on Clematis, downtown. Everyone who works here is knowledgeable, and personable. Honestly can you beat an all day 2 for 1 drink deal. Just to name a few because you deserve the shout outs, Jefferson, Daisy, Geo, Megan. Always a pleasure to come and sit at your bar. Thankyou for Always providing amazing service.

This Duffy's is hit or miss. Sometimes great service. Sometimes super slow or waiter completely disappears for a long time. Last night sat there for a long time just waiting for him to come back so we could get the bill. We ended up having to hunt him down he was chatting with the servers in the back. But the food was good. I tried the buffalo cauliflower wings last night and I highly enjoyed them.
