This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered take out from this location. I should’ve stayed away after the first to go order mess up, but I figured since I had a coupon… let’s try this place again. I asked for a well done burger. The burger I got is completely raw and not edible. It’s not right to give a customer a burger like this. I understand it’s a busy Saturday night but this is not an excuse to hurry with to go orders and push the food down the kitchen line. The food should be coming out the same way as if I were to dine in. I did speak with Collin the manager at this location and he was nice enough to processed me a refund as any manager should. We are most likely not ordering take out again after another disappointing night.
