All the city bike locations are the go to service departments in dc for me when I have any kind of complicated repair. Today it was adjusting hydraulic rim brakes, which are pretty rare, and removing a crank set I hadn’t touched for a decade and the threads had all stripped. City bike mechanics have repeatedly saved my bikes. And at the same time the folks in the stores are friendly and helpful and they really know bikes.

Great service - the tech was able to fix the breaks and chain on my daughter’s bike on the spot. He did a great job and was very professional. It was more expensive than anticipated. Overall we were happy with the work that was done on the bike and will return in the future for future repairs.
